Mr. F. Hopkinson Smith, engineer, artist, and author, will speak in the Union next Wednesday evening. Mr. Smith is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and is the author of a great many successful books. He has lectured in the Union several times in the past, but has not appeared here for four years.
