Under the auspices of the University Swimming Association a handicap swimming meet open to all members of the University, including the graduate schools, will be held in the Cambridge Y. M. C. A. tank on Wednesday, February 24, at 8 o'clock. The complete plans are as yet tentative and subject to the approval of the Athletic Committee. Medals will be given for first place and ribbons for second and third. B. M. Fullerton '16, captain of this year's University team will have charge of the handicapping for all of the events. These will include 50-yard dash, 100-yard swim, 220-yard swim, 440-yard swim, 40-yard breast-stroke, 40-yard back-stroke, fancy diving and plunge for distance. The 20-yard dash will be raced from scratch.
Blue-books for entries will be placed in Leavitt & Peirce's and in the Freshman dormitories on Monday, February 15. Admission to the meet will be free to all members of the University.
