TWO APPOINTED TO FACULTY

President and Fellows Also Award Research Honor to J. G. McDonald.

The President and Fellows of the College have made the following appointments: Roger Paul Dawson, M.D. '13, of Watertown, Conn., as Fellow in Medicine; and Samuel Eliot Morison '08, of Boston, as Tutor in the Division of History, Government, and Economics, and Instructor in History for the second half-year, 1915-16.

The Woodbury Lowry Fellowship for research in History was awarded for 1915-16 to James Grover McDonald, of Bloomington, Ind.

The following resignations were received and accepted at the meeting: W. P. Bell, as Assistant in Philosophy, F.T. Murray, as Assistant in Prosthetic Dentistry, and J. E. Overlander, as Fellow in Medicine.

The following appointments were also made in the Dental School: Instructor in Operative Dentistry: Harry S. Parsons; Assistant in Prosthetic Dentistry: Maxwell L. Aronson, Everett L. Noonan, Harry Y. Nutter.

Leave of absence for the year 1915-16 was granted to Professor Harry E. Clifford.
