All manuscripts for the Lake Mohonk Prize of $100 offered annually by Mrs. Edward Farnham Greene for the best essay by an undergraduate in the College on international arbitration, must be in the hands of Professor G. G. Wilson, Matthews 32, by February 18, one week from today.
The essay may be on any phase of international arbitration, either apart from or in connection with the Hague Conference. Each article should be from 3,000-5,000 words long, and should have a list of references appended.
