NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Mr. Granville Barker, best remembered here for his production of Greek plays in the Stadium last spring, will speak on "Ideas in the Theatre" in Emerson D next Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock. Mr. Barker is one of the foremost theatrical producers in England and, with George Bernard Shaw, is the leading exponent of the new drama which takes freedom of expression as its keynote. In this country his production of "Androcles and the Lion" and Shakespeare's "Midsummer Night's Dream" have won for him marked attention. He comes at the joint invitation of the department of English and the department of Classics. The lecture will be open to the public.
