Yale Gets Million-Dollar Bequest

A bequest of more than one million dollars has been made to Yale University by Justus S. Hotchkiss of New Haven. Yale is made the legatee of the donator's estate. The fund which goes to the university will be divided into three equal parts, each of which will be given to one of the three departments of the University. In addition, $50,000 is left as a church fund. The late Mr. Hotchkiss was a rubber merchant.
