At a meeting of the Athletic Committee held last evening it was decided that in view of the opinion given by the Corporation Counsel of Boston in regard to the building of the wooden stands in the Stadium no action would be taken by the committee. Graduate Treasurer F. W. Moore '93 will apply for the necessary permit to erect these stands today.

The Athletic Committee decided to extend a vote of thanks to President Gaffney and Mayor Good, of Cambridge, for the offer of the Braves Field and of Russell Field on which to play the game if necessary.
