The design by Theodore Sizer '16, of New York, N. Y., has been awarded first place in the competition for the Junior Dance card. The design is in dark blue and white, the class colors. By winning the competition, Sizer has also been appointed a member of the 1916 Dance Committee. The design by L. W. Devereux '16 was given honorable mention, and will be used on the poster for the tea at the Hasty Pudding.
Juniors who are not taking ladies to the dance may still apply for invitations to W. Blanchard '16, 68 Mt, Auburn street.
Box applications for the Junior Dance containing the names of at least six couples and not more than ten couples must be mailed to P. Lowry '16, Harvard Union, no later than Monday, February 1. A member of the committee will be in the Secretary's room of the Union every afternoon between 5.30 and 6 o'clock to answer questions. Each application should contain the name and address of the chairman. If adjoining boxes are desired, the two applications should be mailed together.
