The first intercollegiate ski and snow shoe meet ever held in the United States will be the feature of this year's Carnival of the Dartmouth Outing Club on February 11, 12 and 13. Entries have already been received from Williams, McGill, New Hampshire State and Dartmouth. The intercollegiate competition will consist of the following events: Two and one-half mile ski cross-country run; three mile snow-shoe run; dashes of one hundred and two hundred and twenty yards for skis and snow-shoes; and ski jumping contest.

The events are open to any undergraduate or graduate student in an American or Canadian college or university. Members of visiting teams will be guests at the various dramatic and other performances during the Carnival and will live in the college dormitories.
