Plans of Panama Town on Exhibit

There is on exhibition this was in the Library of the School of landscape Architecture, Robinson Hall set of plans prepared by William Lyman Phillips '08, M.L.A. '10, recently escape architect of the Isthmian Canal Commission, for the laying out of new town of Balboa, Panama. "Member of the University will be admitted today from 9 to 5 o'clock while tomorrow hours will be from 9 until 4 o'clock.
