All students in Harvard College except those who entered before 1910 must pass, before they can be admitted to the Junior Class, a special oral examination to test their power of translating either French or German. Opportunity to take this examination will be given in the afternoon from Monday, January 28, inclusive. All candidates who wish to take the oral examination in either French or German must notify the Recorder, 4 University Hall, in writing, before 5 o'clock this afternoon. Each candidate will then be notified when and where to present himself for the oral examination.
