Class day exercises will begin at 9 o'clock, when the members of 1914 assemble in front of Holworthy Hall to march to Appleton Chapel for a special prayer service, conducted by Professor George Herbert Palmer '64. Later in the morning the Seniors will again meet in front of Holworthy, and will parade to Sanders Theatre. Here, the ceremonies will include the oration by Allan Louis Jackson, the poem by Charles Pelham Curtis, Jr., and the ode by Pitman Benjamin Potter.
The climax of the day will come in the afternoon, when the Seniors, the three lower classes, and the graduates back for reunions will gather in the Yard for the monster parade to the Stadium. Before starting, the class of 1914, led by their officers, will march around the Yard, cheering each building and the Tree. At the Stadium James Ripley Osgood Perkins will deliver the Ivy Oration.
The early evening will be given over to the many spreads in the Yard. There will be dancing in the Gymnasium and Memorial Hall from 8 until 11 o'clock and at 9 the University Glee Club will sing on the steps of the Widener Library.
