TENNIS HELD UP BY BAD WEATHER

Technology and Exeter Matches Postponed.--Class Matches Tomorrow.

Because of the unfavorable weather yesterday, it was impossible to play the tennis match between the second team and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology or the one between the Freshmen and Exeter. The management is trying to arrange for the playing of both matches at a later date.

Cups for Class Champions.

The class tennis tournaments will begin on Jarvis Field tomorrow afternoon. It has been decided to award cups to the four class champions. The winner of each class tournament will play the best man on the University squad for the class title.

University vs. Cornell.

The University tennis team will play Cornell tomorrow at 2.30 o'clock. If the weather permits the contest will take place on Jarvis Field, but in case of rain the management expects to play it off on the covered courts of the Longwood Tennis Club at Chestnut Hill.

The following players will represent the University: J. J. Armstrong '14, W. M. Washburn '15, R. N. Williams, 2nd, '16, and Captain E. H. Whitney '14. The first two and the last two men will be paired together in the doubles.
