Prof. Fisher in Charge of Trees

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Under the direction of Professor R. T. Fisher '98, of the Forestry Department, who was recently appointed overseer of the trees and shrubs in the college grounds, the work of removing the dead elms in the Yard was renewed yesterday, and three large trees in front of Holworthy Hall have been pulled down. The work will be pushed rapidly, and practically, all of the dead trees will be removed this spring. Professor Fisher will give especial attention to the young trees just planted, and new shrubs and plants will be placed in different parts of the grounds as soon as the weather permits.
