Mr. Hamilton Holt, editor of the "Independant," will lecture on "The Federation of the World" in Emerson D tomorrow at 8 o'clock. The lecture will be given under the auspices of the International Polity Association. Mr. Holt has talked on this same subject at many different colleges, and has always aroused great enthusiasm.

Mr. Norman Angell will deliver the next lecture under the auspices of the Polity Association on Thursday, April 16.
