Governing Board.--Graduate Schools: Francis Calley Gray 2L., of Chestnut Hill; Richard Bowditch Wigglesworth 1L, of Milton. Undergraduates: Russell Romeyn Ayres '15, of Montclair, N. J.; Cyril Francis Damon '15, of Honolulu, Hawaii; Samuel Morse Felton, Jr., '16, of Chicago, Ill.; Walter Henry Trumbull, Jr., '15, of Salem.

The total vote cast in the election was 449. The reports of the Governing Board, the Treasurer, and the Library Committee have been submitted, and will be published in tomorrow's CRIMSON.
