The results of yesterday's matches in the trials for the University golf team were as follows: F. I. Amory, Jr., '17 defeated B. Duer '15; P. W. Simons '16 defeated R. Whitney '17; J. W. Hubbell '17 defeated G. N. Richard '14; E. P. Allis '15 defeated G. W. Aldrich, Jr., '17; H. K. Caner, Jr., '15 defeated H. De Ford, Jr., '15, and F. C. Carleton '16 defeated H. Goodspeed '16.

The pairings for today's play are as follows: At 1.30 o'clock--S. P. Griffitts '15 vs. J. W. Hubbell '17; at 2 o'clock--J. G. Heyburn '16 vs. H. Goodspeed '16; E. P. Allis '15 vs. G. N. Richard '14; G. W. Aldridge, Jr., '17 vs. H. De Ford, Jr., '15; H. K. Caner, Jr., '15 vs. C. H. Kendall '16 and F. I. Amory, Jr., '17 vs. P. W. Simons '16; at 3 o'clock--F. Sargent '14 vs. R. Whitney '17.
