All candidates for the position of second assistant manager of the University football team from the class of 1917 will report in the H. A. A. Office today at 1.30 o'clock. The competition, as in former years, will continue through the spring, begin again about September 12, and end on the day of the Yale game, when the final choice will be made. It is especially emphasized that those men who, during the spring, are taking part in any other college activities, such as athletics or literary work, will be given ample allowance for this, and, accordingly, it is hoped that as many men as possible will report today.
