To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

The statement in yesterday's CRIMSON, by the management of Mr. Goldberg's connection with the orchestra a few days previous to the appearance of his communication may, in the opinion of some, indicate too much severity," conveyed an unfortunate impression, because not until it appeared did I realize that my connection with the Pierian was severed.

The need of a College orchestra under the auspices o the Music Department,--the essential point of the communication on Monday,--still remains for mature consideration. B. T. GOLDBERG '16.
