The following class relay teams to compete in the Winter Carnival have been picked by their captains:

1914.--J. I. Abbott, J. R. Abbot, W. A. Barron, Jr. (captain), F. H. Blackman, A. R. Boynton, T. O. Freeman, A. J. de Gozzaidi, A. C. Hawkes, J. R. Hunneman, W. A. Perkam.

1915.--J. B. Camp, F. W. Capper (captain), P. G. Courtney, J. L. Foley, M. L. Greeley, H. G. MacLure, R. Mead, M. P. Robinson, J. C. Rock, H. W. D. Rudd, J. Smith, E. Stone, R. Tower.

1917.--R. E. Ashley, G. H. Crocker, J. W. Feeney, M. C. Hobbs, G. Jones, W. W. Kenney, A. O. Phinney, R. W. Stanley, E. A. Teschner (captain), N. W. Wilcox.

The Sophomore team will be chosen within the course of a day or two.

If the Winter Carnival is to continue as an annual event, much more interest must be shown than has been the case this year. The entries close this afternoon at 6 o'clock, and it is hoped that many more men will sign up before then. Entry books can be found at Leavitt & Peirce's the Rendezvous, or the Locker Building. Tomorrow the Seniors will race the Freshmen, and the Juniors will race the Sophomore class, as many events will be run off as possible, and on Thursday will come the finals.

Entries for Providence Meet.

The University and Freshman track teams will be fully represented at a meet to be held under the auspices of the Armory Athletic Association in Providence, R. I., on Saturday night. The events will all be handicap. In the relay races the University long and short distance teams will meet the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Freshmen will oppose Worcester Polytechnic School.

Those in the following entry list who cannot compete should notify L. M. Lembard '17 at once. The entries are as follows:
