REGULAR WORK FOR INDOOR TRACK

Training Will Commence in Earnest After Christmas Holidays.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Regular work for all candidates for the University and Freshman track teams will begin immediately after the recess on the board track, which has just been erected on Soldiers Field.

It is essential that everyone report at the first call, especially those men who wish to compete for the relay teams, since entries will be made in several indoor meets during the winter. Coach Donovan will be in charge of the work.

There will be no competition in the field events tomorrow, but the series of competitions in the high jump, broad jump, shot-put and pole-vault events will continue on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons after the close of the vacation. In addition all field event men are requested to report to Coach Powers in the Cage immediately after the recess, when regular work will begin under his supervision.
