Gore Hall Moves Into Second Place in Interdormitory Series.

Gore Hall defeated Standish 1 to 0 in the second game of the Freshman interdormitory association football series played yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field. Rice secured the only tally at the end of the first period, on a well directed shot from a difficult angle.

In the second half Standish braced perceptably, keeping Gore from scoring again, and twice almost succeeding in scoring itself.

The present standing of the teams is:

Smith, won 1, lost 0.

Gore, won 1, lost 1.

Standish, won 0, lost 1.

The last game in the series will be played between Smith and Standish on Soldiers Field tomorrow afternoon at 8 o'clock.
