Mr. E. G. Buckland, vice-president of the New York, New Haven, and Hartford Railroad, and a former professor of the Yale Law School, will speak on "The Obligations of Corporation Directors" in Emerson A, tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock, under the auspices of the Graduate School of Business Administration.

The lecture will be open to all members of the University, but is intended especially for the benefit of graduate students.
