In order to unite the 2,000 men who will fill the cheering section at tomorrow's game, a parade to the field has been planned. The parade last year was a great success, over 2,000 men marching with their respective classes. This year it should be equally large.
The parade will form at 12.45 o'clock. Graduates meeting in front of University, Seniors at Weld, Juniors at Grays, Sophomores at Matthews, and Freshmen at Massachusetts. At 1 o'clock there will be a regular cheer, after which the parade, preceded by Kanrich's Band, will get preceded by Kanrich's Band, will get under way. At the north end of the Yard the column will stop to give class and regular cheers before, proceeding on around the Yard and out at the Johnson Cate. It will then continue down Boylston street, across the new bridge, and into the field. When the men are settled in the cheering section, cheers for the individual members of the team and the coaches will be led by F. W. Capper '15, R. R. Ayres '15, and W. H. Claflin, Jr., '15, while N. L. Tibbetts '15 will lead in singing the football songs, before the teams come onto the field.
Because of the law passed in the spring of 1913 prohibiting the carrying of red flags in parades, there will be no class banners or other Harvard banners carried. Everyone is urged to comply with this ruling, for efforts are being made to have it repealed, or at least amended in so far as it effects the University, and if any attempt is made tomorrow to test it, or to defy it, the result will doubtless be punishment for the violator, and difficulty in securing an amendment.
