The Freshman association football team won the second victory of its season yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field, defeating West Roxbury High School by a score of 2 to 1.
The Freshman defence played exceptionally well, and the forwards presented a concerted attack. The bad condition of the field prevented either team from playing its best game, but the closeness of the score made the match interesting. Cooke and Lockwood did the best work for the Freshman, each scoring one goal. The 1918 team lined up as follows: g., Hollister; l.f.b., Boyden; r.h.b., Norris; c.h.b., Gray; l.h.b., Coit; l.o.f., Lockwood; r.i.f., Hulme; c.f., Whitelaw; l.if., Cooke; r.o.f., Elliot.
