Professor M. B. Hammond, of Ohio State University, will deliver the second of his lectures on "The Regulation of Wages in Australia; Especially by Wages Boards," in Harvard 6 at 10 o'clock this morning. He will go on with the discussion which he started on Tuesday, considering some of the aspects of the system of compulsory arbitration in Australia and New Zealand.

Professor Hammond, is lecturing under the auspices of the Department of Economics. His lectures are being given in connection with Professor Ripley's course on Labor Problems, but arrangements have been made so that they are open to the public.
