Today is the last day in the first half year upon which undergraduates, special students, unclassified students, or out of course students may drop courses without being liable to additional course fees. That is, all men who are carrying extra courses and desire to drop one or more of them must do so before 1 o'clock or they will be required to pay the additional course fee of $20.
