According to appearances the members of the Class of 1913 must be in the throes of financial stringency, with call money absolutely uncallable. The evidence of this monetary crisis is the fact that in spite of frequent appeals less than half of the members of the class have contributed anything to the fund; which, as every Senior knows, must be large to defray even the necessary expenses of the class. Of course money is always scarce during the last two months of the Seniors year, but with the decreasing need for furniture, books, and other impedimenta, there ought to be some means somewhere for securing nourishment for the frail class fund.
