The Harvard Progressive Club has made arrangements to meet Mr. B. H. Anderson, the Pennsylvania Enthusiast, who lost a wager on Col. Roosevelt at the last election, and who must, as a consequence, lead a Democratic Donkey from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon, at Harvard Square this noon at 1 o'clock. All members of the University are invited to hear him.
