Alfred Noyes will give two lectures on "The Sea in English Poetry" at the Lowell Institute today. The first, which comes at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, is the sixth lecture in his repetition of the series; while the evening lecture at 8 o'clock is the eighth and concluding talk of the original course.
