The petition of the University to secure the right to construct a tunnel from the Freshman Dormitories to the Yard will be considered at a meeting of the Committee on Highways of the City of Cambridge this evening. The petition was brought before the committee once and passed but later reconsidered, and now comes up for its second discussion.
