The celebrated English poet, Mr. Alfred Noyes, will give two Lowell Institute lectures at Huntington Hall 491` Boylston street. Boston, today on the general subject, "The Sea in English Poetry." The first of these lectures will begin at 4 0'clock, and is the second of the repeated series, the second will begin at 8 o'clock, being the fourth of the original course.
