Mr. Alfred Noyes of Rottingdean, England, will give the second of his series of lectures on "The Sea in English Poerty" at the Lowell Institute this evening at 8 o'clock. Mr. Noyes is well fitted to talk on the subject, being himself the author of several books, among which are "Poems" and "The Enchanted Island." The lecture will be open to the public.
