No change of courses beginning in the first half-year may be made after 1 o'clock today without payment of a fee of $5. The full payment for additional courses will be charged for any courses changed after Saturday, October 11, "Change of courses" includes adding a course, or dropping a course, or both. Petitions for change must be filed at the office of the Committee on the Choice of Electives, University 9, before 1 o'clock on both days. No courses chosen last May and beginning in the first half-year may be changed except for an important reason, such as a change in the Elective Pamphlet.
