NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Today is the last day on which College students may drop courses beginning in the first half-year without liability for additional course fees. Courses may be changed this week, provided the student desiring to make the change presents a petition which is granted, and pays a fee of $5. Petitions must be handed in at the office of the Committee on the Choice of Electives, University 9, before 1 P. M. No courses chosen last May and beginning in the first half-year may be changed unless for some important reason.
