W. T. Englehorn, recently elected captain of the Dartmouth football team, has resigned his position and will not play football next year. The reason for his action is the discovery that he is in eligible to play under the so-called three-year rule, enforced in intercollegiate football. Englehorn played on the Washington State College football team one year previous to his entrance to Dartmouth and has since played for two years on the Dartmouth team. His absence will be felt keenly, as he was a tower of strength on last year's eleven, being chosen one of the tackles on Camp's All-American team.
