The practice of the University hockey team yesterday afternoon consisted in a 20-minute drill of the forwards against the defence; and this was followed by a fast 20-minute scrimmage between the first team and the B. A. A. team. Both sides showed good team-work, and were evenly matched, the final score being 1 to 1. Sortwell shot the goal for Harvard, on a long drive through the opposing defence, while Osgood scored for the B. A. A. on a clever pass from Hicks. The game was followed by a 10-minute scrimmage between the B. A. A. and the University seconds, in which Leslie of the former team caged the only goal.
