The Phillips Brooks House Association has appointed the following committee for the management of its Harvard Handbook: editor, R. W. Williams '12, of Baltimore, Md., business manager, S. P. Speer '13, of Oil City, Pa.; editors, H. R. Amory '14, of Walpole, N. H.; C. M. Makepeace '13, of Providence, R. I.; S. S. Otis '14, of Winnetka, Ill.; E. D. Smith '13, of Chicago, Ill.; P. M. Rice '15, of Brookline.
The twenty-third edition of the Handbook will be issued early in June. Last year 3,000 copies were distributed to Freshmen and new students.
