The triangular race to take place in the Basin this afternoon, in which the University crew will compete with the Cornell and Princeton eights, gives to every man in the University a splendid opportunity to see this year's crew in competition. It should not be necessary to urge Harvard men to attend this race, for not only does it promise to be of unusual interest but the University crew deserves all the support that we can possibly give to it. All Harvard men hope that this triangular event with Cornell and Princeton will become a fixture in our athletic schedule. Cornell brings to Cambridge one of the best crews ever turned out at Ithaca while the eight from Princeton has already shown itself fast and strong. To Captain Strong and his men we wish the best of success, knowing that, win or lose, the University crew will row a good race.
