The Freshman track team defeated Phillips Andover at Andover on Saturday afternoon by the score of 78 to 18. That Andover did not make a better showing is due to the fact that several members of the team had conditions which pre vented them from competing. The Freshman team performed excellently and up to the highest expectation of the coaches.

J.B. Camp '15 won the pole vault with a vault of 11 feet, 9 inches, and established a Freshman track record. The height for this event in the Harvard Yale Freshman track meet last year was 9 feet, 8 inches. Camp, Hardwick, Smith, and Tower each scored 10 points for the Freshmen.
