Plan for Towels at Locker Building

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Athletic Association is about to start a plan whereby towels may be procured at the Locker Building on Soldiers Field. Men can get on the "towel list" by the payment of $1. Clean towels are to be supplied twice each week and when towels are not returned a fine of twenty-five cents is to be imposed on the person failing to make the return. When the deposit fee of $1 is used up in fines by any man, his name will be scratched off the "towel list" until a re-payment of $1 is made. No charge will be made for the laundering of the towels.
