On Sunday the Reverend A. Herbert Gray, M. A.; will preach in Appleton Chapel and will conduct prayers Monday, March 25 to Friday, March 29, inclusive. President Fitch of Andover Seminary will take prayers on Saturday, the 30th. Mr. Gray took his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Edinburgh and graduated from the New Theological College of the United Free Church in Edinburgh. He had for some years a large church in Manchester, Eigland, where he was brought face to face with the social problems of that city. He is at present the minister of the College and Kelvinside United Free Church in Glasgow. He has been prominent in the social service work of the United Free Church of Scotland, beside being a man who attained university distinction. He comes here from Scotland, partly to fulfil this engagement in the University and also to aid the work of the Men and Religion Movement in the West.
