MR. HANN'S GIFT.

We believe that Mr. Charles Hann. Jr., has started an excellent precedent in offering the first of a series of baseball cups "for alertness on the on the diamond." The system by which the winner is to be chosen is most commendable, and has received the approval of Coach Sexton. Such a display of interest on the part of a recent graduate may well be taken to heart by men now in College. After leaving Cambridge, most of us will be all too prone to forget interests which would benefit greatly by an occasional act of just this sort.
