The Harvard Federation of Territorial Clubs will hold its first open meeting in the Assembly Room of the Union this evening at 7.15 o'clock. President Lowell and a number of prominent graduates will speak. Rev. Minot Osgood Simons '91, representing the Associated Harvard Clubs, will address the meeting on the relation of the Federation to that organization. J. D. Phillips '97 will speak for the New England Federation of Harvard Clubs, and H. G. Clemans '11 for the undergraduate body.
The Federation sent delegates to the recent meeting of the New England Federation at Harford, where the plan was enthusiastically received. Steps have already been taken to connect graduates all over the country with the University through the territorial clubs.
