On account of the death of Theodore W. York '15 which occurred Wednesday evening, the Yale football management has cancelled the game scheduled to be played with Colgate at New Haven tomorrow. York, who was one of the regular guards on the team, suffered a broken rib in the West Point game two weeks ago and left the game in the middle of the second half. On the return to New Haven complications appeared and blood-poisoning set in followed by pneumonia.
Not only has the Colgate game been cancelled but practice at Yale Field has been discontinued for the remainder of the week.
