Twelfth Anniversary of Dedication Will be Observed Tomorrow Evening.--President Lowell to Speak.

The twelfth anniversary of the dedication of Phillips Brooks House will be celebrated in Peabody Hall, Brooks House, tomorrow evening at 8.15 o'clock. All members of the University are cordially invited to attend.

President Lowell will speak on "The Place that the Work at Phillips Brooks House should hold in College Activities," and in addition will give a short account of the life and service of Phillips Brooks. A. Beane '11, graduate secretary of Phillips Brooks House, will outline the work accomplished by the Association this year, and the plans which have been made for the second half-year.
