A picked crew from the Weld Boat Club will race Worcester High School over a one and one-half mile course in the Basin this afternoon at 5 o'clock. Worcester High School has shown up strongly in practice, and has won several races, but its captain, McGauley, who rows No. 7, is sick and will not be in the race today. The Weld crew, on the other hand, has rowed together for only a short time and is not expected to win.
