Plans have been completed for a tablet to be placed over the south tower entrance of the Stadium by the class of 1879. It will bear a simple inscription commemorating the part taken by the class in the giving of the Stadium. The tablet has been designed by Messrs. McKim, Mead & White, the architects of the Stadium, and will be very simple, to conform to the general style of the structure. The south entrance will be heightened to better the effect. It is hoped that the tablet will be in place by Commencement Day.
