Architectural Prize of $50 Given

The annual prize of $50 given by the Boston Society of Architects for members of the courses in architectural design, was this year won by Wirt Clinton Rowland sG.S., of Clinton, Mich. Frederick Jens Larson sG.S., of Boston, was given first mention and Valentine George Schmitt '11, of New York, N. Y., was given second mention. The design to be submitted was "A Ceremonial Loggia and Balcony for a State Capitol."

The designs were judged by a committee of the Boston Society of Architects, of which J. L. Little '97 was chairman.
