Baron d'Estournelles de Constant will give an address on "American and European Co-operation for World Peace" in Emerson D, this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Baron d'Estournelles has just finished a tour of the United States, speaking in many cities in favor of world peace and fraternity. He is one of the greatest living authorities on this subject, and one of its most untiring advocates. He was among the French delegates to the first and second Hague conferences, and is the founder and president of the International Conciliation Association, which has a strong position in this country. He took a prominent part in the National Peace Congress held in New York four years ago.
